The standard and quality of Indian cinema has fallen very low in recent years. No doubt, there have been some very good films also, but their number is very, very low. Most of the film producers have their eye on making money only. They want to invest as little as possible and earn as much as they can. So they make films that appeal only to the baser elements in the human nature. They show in them all kinds of violence and vulgarity to attract the young and immature minds. Such films have a very bad effect on the young generation. Much of the crime in our society is the result of such films only. The government must not allow the screening of such films.
